    How long does UK delivery take?

    UK mainland deliveries are sent by FedEx for next day delivery.  See below for more details on international deliveries.

    How do I return an item?

    Please fill out this form and include with your returned item.

    All items should be returned to the address below:

    Please return the item in its original condition, unused with all the labels and tags in place.  When we confirm the state of the product is in its original condition we will issue a full refund.  There is a strict 14 day returns policy.  Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days.

    If the item is faulty please contact support@oaksonline.co.uk with a full description of the fault and you will be issued with a faulty returns authorisation.

    This does not effect your statutory rights.

    My ToyWatch has a fault, am I covered?

    ToyWatch warranty only covers the mechanical movment in the watch.
    ToyWatch do offer a repair service for watches with any other broken parts, ie. Strap, outer shell, inner shell. The charge for this service is usually £45 (this includes postage & packaging). The repair may take up to 4 weeks. Water damaged watches are unable to be repaired.

    What is your returns policy?


    If you are not completely satisfied with your product simply return the item in the original condition with all the labels and tags in place.  Please fill out this form and send the item back to us.  Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear on your statement. 

    There is a strict 14 day returns policy.  Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days.

    We will issue a full refund when we have inspected the returned items.

    Please note the product is your responsibility until the item reaches us. We recommend you send the item using a insured delivery service.

    Postage costs incurred when returning an item is not covered by Oaks Online.

    Can I change my order after it has been placed?

    If you have received your confirmation that that order has been shipped then unfortunately it is too late to change the order.

    If you have not received confirmation the order has been shipped please email support@oaksonline.co.uk to change your order.

    I have received an incorrect item


    In the unlikely event the wrong item has been shipped please please email support@oaksonline.co.uk

    Our customer services team will endeavor to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

    When will I receive my refund?


    Refunds are processed immediately however it can take up to 7 working days for the refunds to be processed and appear on your statement.

    Oaks online uses a fully insured and secured payment service provided by Protx.com

    Full encryption of card details, address checking and anti fraud mechanisms are in place to ensure the highest levels of online security and confidence.

    What payments do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards excluding American Express.

    All packages are sent via FedEx.  Next day delivery is available to the following international destinations below.

    What currencies can I use?

    Currently we only support payment in UK Sterling (£) however we have the facility to indicate the cost in Euros.

    When the shipping confirmation is sent full details on tracking will be provided in the shipping email.
